What's the exact date and location?
November 30 – December 2, 2026, at the Luxor Hotel, Las Vegas. The Excel World Championship & Collegiate Challenge Finals happen at HyperX Esports Arena, inside the same hotel.
Do I need to be an Excel expert to attend?
No. If you have basic Microsoft Excel or financial skills and want to go further, you'll get real value. You don't need to be a pro to benefit from the training camp.
What topics get covered?
Excel track: Power Query, dashboards & data visualization, Copilot & AI in Excel, automation, advanced formulas, spreadsheet design and competitive-level Excel Esports skills.
Finance track: Financial modeling & forecasting, FP&A, valuation, corporate finance case studies, data analytics for finance teams and CFA-aligned best practice.
Is food included?
Yes. Free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages all day, plus a 1.5-hour lunch break with free lunch each of the three days.
Do I need my own laptop?
Yes — masterclasses use real-life business cases, and you'll need a laptop if you want to compete in the Last Chance Qualification Round. The venue has tables and power outlets for charging.
